Queue, concurrency, file-size, duration, and per-user limits help protect the service from overload and abusive requests.
Temporary download links
Eligible downloads use short-lived signed links instead of permanent public file URLs.
Automatic cleanup
Processed files are retained for a limited period and scheduled for automatic removal to reduce unnecessary storage exposure.
Payments through Stripe
Checkout and card handling are provided by Stripe. VoiceOffer does not store full card details in its application database.
RESPONSIBLE BY DESIGN
Access is granted only when the account is eligible.
Download authorization is verified by the backend using an active subscription or a completed purchase for the specific file. Payment status is confirmed through signed Stripe webhooks.
