Original uploads, processed outputs, and preview files associated with completed or failed jobs are scheduled for deletion after approximately 24 hours. Deletion timing may vary because of technical processing, backups, incidents, or legal requirements.

Job history, account, security, purchase, subscription, and accounting records may be retained for as long as necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and establish or defend legal claims.

Waitlist records are kept until the launch process is complete or until removal is requested through support@voiceoffer.space, subject to legal retention requirements.
