4. Legal bases
Where applicable, including under Brazil's LGPD, processing may rely on performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, compliance with legal obligations, the exercise of rights, legitimate interests such as security and fraud prevention, and consent when required.
5. Service providers and sharing
We share data only as necessary to operate the service, comply with law, protect rights, or complete a transaction. Current providers include:
- Supabase: authentication, database, and private file storage.
- Stripe: checkout, payment processing, subscription management, and fraud prevention.
- Vercel: hosting and delivery of the public frontend.
- Oracle Cloud: backend infrastructure used to process files.
We may also disclose information to authorities, courts, advisers, or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect users, VoiceOffer, or third parties. We do not sell personal data.
6. International transfers
Some providers may process data in countries other than the user's country. Where required, VoiceOffer and its providers rely on applicable safeguards for international transfers.
7. File and record retention
Original uploads, processed outputs, and preview files associated with completed or failed jobs are scheduled for deletion after approximately 24 hours. Deletion timing may vary because of technical processing, backups, incidents, or legal requirements.
Job history, account, security, purchase, subscription, and accounting records may be retained for as long as necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and establish or defend legal claims.
Waitlist records are kept until the launch process is complete or until removal is requested through support@voiceoffer.space, subject to legal retention requirements.
8. Security
VoiceOffer uses private storage, account-scoped access controls, signed temporary download links, encrypted connections, webhook verification, rate limits, and operational monitoring. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, information about sharing, portability where applicable, restriction, objection, anonymization, blocking, or deletion of eligible data, and revocation of consent.
Send requests from the email associated with your account to support@voiceoffer.space. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity. Some records may be retained when required by law or necessary for fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, or the exercise of rights.
10. Cookies and local storage
VoiceOffer currently uses essential browser storage for authentication, interface state, checkout continuity, and sound preferences. If analytics or advertising technologies are introduced later, this policy and the consent controls will be updated before they are enabled where required.
11. Uploaded content
Uploaded files are processed only to provide the requested service, operate security controls, and troubleshoot failures. VoiceOffer does not use uploaded files to train AI models.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service, providers, or law. Material changes will be communicated when required. Questions and requests may be sent to support@voiceoffer.space.
